University Spirit Return / Exchange Policies:

• All returns must be in original condition and accompanied by original tags
• We do NOT accept returns at any time on Sale or Dated Merchandise or on any Graduation Regalia
• Refunds will be issued as the original form of payment within 60 days from purchase with the original receipt
• No refunds or store credit will be give after 60 days from purchase.
• Items that are damaged, worn or without a receipt may be denied a refund/exchange
• Refunds to a credit or debit card must be applied back to the original card number
• Any Online order refunds will be issued to the original form of payment upon receipt of return.  However, depending upon your banking institution, payment processing may take up to 7 business days
• Initial shipping charges for Online orders are non-refundable.  Refunds are only issued for merchandise
• Gift cards and E-Gift Certificates are not eligible for refund
• University Spirit reserves the right to refuse or delay returns and/or exchanges if fraud or abuse is suspected

1. Return your item(s) in person to University Spirit or The Clubhouse in Athens. 

Bring your item(s) with a copy of your online packing slip or receipt and we will provide store credit or a refund back to the original form of payment. Please note all return policies stated above.

 

2. Return your item(s) by shipping them back to our store at the below address:

Please include a copy of your online packing slip or receipt with the package. If you do not have that, please include your name, order number and phone number to contact with any questions. Once we receive the package, we will process the refund or exchange. Please note all return policies stated above.
