What are your hours?
During the school year, we are open Monday - Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and on Saturday 11:00 - 5:00. During the fall season we are also open on Sundays 1 - 5. Summer hours are Monday - Saturday 11 - 4.
Are you open on Gamedays?
YES! During the fall, we are open by 9am for all UGA Home Games.
What are your holiday hours?
We close on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Call us to be sure.

Do you have parking?
We have a parking lot right in front of our store.
Do you have minimums on custom apparel?
With the exception of screenprint orders, University Spirit does not have any minimums. We do offer group discounts starting at a minimum of 12 pieces.
What brands of apparel do you sell?
We carry top brands like Comfort Colors, Bella Canvas, American Apparel, Gildan, Charles River, Nike, Champion, '47 Brand, League, Cutter & Buck, Tommy Bahama and more!
How long does it take to have a custom order made?
University Spirit's turnaround time varies, but is often between 2 - 7 business days. Please keep in mind that production time does NOT include the time it takes for your order to be shipped to you. If you need your order complete by a certain date, call us at 706-353-2677 anytime to find out how long an order will take. Large group orders take approximately 2 - 3 weeks.
Are you an officially licensed Greek vendor?
Yes! University Spirit is an officially licensed Greek vendor.
Do you ship?
Absolutely. All orders placed online or via phone ship starting at $6.95.

I placed my order online but I never received an e-mail confirmation. What gives?
Please check your SPAM/BULK folder first to see if it’s there. If not, give us a call and we’ll be happy to check on the status.
Do you screen print?
Yeah, we know a guy.
What is the minimum for screen print orders?
24 pieces for first time orders. 12 pieces for re-orders.
Do you offer discounts for group orders?
Of course. Call us for a quote.
Do you have gift cards?
Gift certificates are available and make a great gift.
Can I have my order rushed?
Sometimes we can rush an order, depending on how busy we are. Call us to find out.
Can I bring in my own things to be embroidered?
Yes. There is a flat rate of $15.00 per outside item to be embroidered for one location on item. Additional charges for additional embroidery locations on same item.
Can I bring in my own fabric?
I have a cheaper quote from another store or website. Will you match it?
Bring us a written quote from somewhere else and we’ll either beat it, match it, or let you know you’ve got a good deal already. Either way, you win!
Do you gift wrap?
We offer complimentary University Spirit gift bags and tissue with any order.
What is your return policy?
As long as the item is not used, worn or damaged, University Spirit offers full refunds on credit cards or store credit if paid with cash within 60 days of purchase. Receipt must be present. We do not accept returns on custom apparel, sale items, dated merchandise or graduation regalia.
Who owns University Spirit?
University Spirit was originally opened in 1975 by Rick and Lesley Maggiore, University of Georgia Class of '69 and '68 respectively. It was originally known as Balfour House and then the name was changed to University Spirit. Their daughters, Laura (Maggiore) Beaghan and Lisa (Maggiore) Royals now run the business with their husbands...Laura and Kyle at University Spirit; Lisa and Thomas at the sister store, The Clubhouse.
